In NF Fleet, we offer a Viking coverage as a supplement to all our leasing contracts, so that the users of the company cars can get 24-hour roadside assistance, if an accident should happens.
Viking subscription with NF Fleet
When you purchase the Viking subscription with NF Fleet, you get the coverage "CAR PLUS". This includes assistance in the event of any stoppage or accident that prevents continued unaided driving.
The assistance includes:
- Repair of the damage on site
- Towing to a workshop or other destination in Norway
- Salvaging / freeing of the vehicle
- Starting aid
- Wheel change
- Delivery of fuel and spare parts
- Assistance in reloading of goods in connection with stoppage
- Replacement car at favorable NF Fleet prices
Viking is responsible for the coordination of roadside assistance. In this way, it is ensured that the right service partner reaches you. Some cars have roadside assistance incorporated during the warranty period, and in this case, Viking sees to it that the users are transferred to another service partner.
